Return Policy

Timeframe:

You can return or exchange almost every product for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel orders within 6 hours of placement. Once confirmed and in production, orders cannot be cancelled. Contact us at info@vellumvogue.com within 24 hours of ordering for cancellations.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, your exchange order will be processed and delivered within the next 2 to 3 weeks.

Defective/Wrong Products:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery for defects, receiving the wrong product, or shipping damage.

Shipping Charges:

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Note that personalized or customized products may not be returned for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy

Size Guide:

Please refer to our size guide based on body measurements to make sure precise sizing is provided. While we work to guarantee correct deliveries, we may accommodate exchanges for incorrect sizes, but, under Consumer Law, it is not obligatory.

Color Variation:

Be aware that due to lighting effects, colors may slightly vary. Unless significant, claims on color variation will not be accepted.

Exchange Process:

Reach out to us at info@vellumvogue.com detailing the issue. Wait for our email response for further guidance. Potential solutions may involve a size exchange, with customers covering shipping costs, and, if applicable, international postage expenses.

Custom Orders:

Unfortunately, custom orders, regardless of measurements, are not eligible for exchange.

Consumer Guarantees:

For minor problems, solutions such as replacement, repair, or refund can be implemented within a reasonable timeframe.
No Right to Return if:

  • Change of Heart.
  • Incorrect product ordered.
  • Better-priced products are found elsewhere.
  • Aware of the fault before purchase.
  • Product damaged through misuse.
  • Extensive use causing wear and tear.

Refunds for Change of Mind:

Generally, we do not facilitate refunds for a change of heart. Custom-made items, irrespective of correct or incorrect measurements, are not eligible for exchange, refunds, or returns.
